The Trademark Office is managed by the State Administration for Market Regulation and is mainly responsible for specific work such as trademark review, registration and administrative adjudication; participates in the research and formulation of the Trademark Law and its implementation regulations, rules and normative documents; participates in standardizing trademark registration behavior; participates in policy research in the trademark field ; Participate in trademark informatization construction, trademark information research, analysis, dissemination and utilization; undertake business guidance for trademark examination collaboration units; organize education and training for trademark examination teams; complete other matters assigned by the State Intellectual Property Office. |
